The role:
Earn up to $12,000 per month (depends on experience) as Sales Manager for Venture Smarter, your trusted partner in navigating the complex landscape of business growth and transition.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales objectives, and providing coaching and feedback to your team. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

What the job entails:
- Plan and execute sales plans and programs to achieve the sales objectives and revenue targets of Venture Smarter
- Manage and oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team, and provide guidance, support, and direction
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives, and evaluate their skills and competencies
- Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reports, and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunity
- Establish and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and understand their needs and expectations
- Negotiate contracts and deals with customers, and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue targets, and leading and managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower sales representatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing needs and expectations
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation, with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset
