What the job entails :
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, income, expenses, and assets.
- Develop personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial objectives, such as saving for retirement, education, or major purchases.
- Provide strategic advice on various financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and debt management tools.
- Stay updated on financial trends and perform market research to identify investment opportunities
- Ensure all financial plans and transactions comply with industry regulations and standards.
Job Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation, with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset
