Venture - Executive/Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
1.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and set clear team goals.
2. Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
3. Makes sure that team meets the assigned quota during a given period.
4. Ensuring that qualitative and quantitative targets are achieved in the given time frame.
5. Map markets, capture market intelligence & identify target markets.
6. Effectively articulate value proposition to decision makers and assess buying interest.
7. Effectively ensure that the team performs outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
8. Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision makers like Directors, CIOs, CTO, MDs, CEOs, VPs, etc in different companies. She/he will also need to exchange at times customized e-mails post discussions.
9. Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets to create high quality sales pipeline.
10. Taking daily team meetings and reporting on a daily basis and weekly basis.
11. Ensuring that required Knowledge transfer on the assigned campaigns happens to the team members.
