Critical Skills and Abilities :
- Responsible for generating revenue through given data.
- Making inbound or outbound calls to prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
- Scheduling regular meetings with the Customers/Clients with the sales team
- Understanding the need of customers and catering for their Requirements accordingly.
- Taking follow-ups with customers for project sites and getting site visits done with a salesperson with proper coordination
- Briefing on project USPs thoroughly and explaining the benefits of investing in property in order to sell.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Must have your own laptop.
Education : Any graduate/ postgraduate
Experience : 1 year to 3 years
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Eagar to learn and grow in sales.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self-starter.
