Venture Briks - Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
- Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
- Making inbound or outbound calls to prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
- Scheduling regular meetings with the Customers/Clients with sales team
- Understanding the need of customers and catering their Requirements accordingly.
- Taking follow-ups with customers for project sites and getting site visit done with a salesperson with proper coordination
- Briefing on project USPs thoroughly and explaining the benefits of investment in property in order to sale.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Must have own laptop.
Education : Any graduate/ post graduate
Experience : 1 years to 3 years
- Candidate must possess excellent Communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Eagar to learn and grown in sales.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
