Venkatesh Natural Extract - Executive - B2B Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Job responsibilities :
. Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop marketing campaigns, promotions and sales strategies
- Focus on customer retention by building healthy relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media like Indiamart, LinkedIn, Email & WhatsApp Marketing etc.
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
- Revenue generation through the Business Development Activities for foods & beverage ingredient's products in the domestic market.
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns to promote a product.
- Manage Customer enquiries, concerns and complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Handle existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Organize comprehensive information describing the range of our products and services offered by us and deliver this information through relevant sales resources to potential clients.
- Generate leads through direct or indirect sales and meet monthly targets.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Graduate/ PG/PGDM/MBA in Marketing with reputed institutes
- Proficiency in English, ability to hold conversations with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ IndiaMart/ Google Business Suits will be an added advantage
- Experience in making outbound calls, writing emails etc.
- Ability to frame sales and marketing strategies
- Preferably from FMCG industry
