Job Description :

- Experienced Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Vendor Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio of beauty products by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors within the beauty product industry.

Responsibilities :

- Identify potential vendors and suppliers within the beauty product industry.

- Conduct market research to assess the vendor's product quality, pricing, and competitiveness.

- Establish and maintain relationships with potential vendors, fostering collaboration and trust.

- Evaluate vendor applications and ensure they meet our quality and compliance standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new vendors.

- Negotiate vendor agreements and contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage vendor relationships and optimize product offerings.

- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for vendor partnerships.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vendor onboarding and contracts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in vendor procurement within the beauty product industry, is a must

- Strong knowledge of beauty products, market trends, and industry regulations.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
