Vendor Coordinator - Telecommunications (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Coordinator to join our team in the telecommunications industry.


- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in vendor management and coordination.


- This role is crucial for facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and service execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.

- Collaborate with Project Managers, Service Delivery Coordinators, Engineers, and Management teams to facilitate project requirements and timelines.

- Coordinate and schedule vendor activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

- Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors, contributing to the negotiation of contracts and agreements.

- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, performance metrics, and communications.

- Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and project status to management.

- Support the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.

- Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams and external vendors to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in vendor coordination or management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

- Strong understanding of vendor management processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Proficient in using project management tools and software for tracking progress and performance.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing schedules.
