Vendiman - Key Account Acquisition Manager (3-7 yrs)
Experience :
1. Around 5 years of Institutional Sales experience in the FMCG/vending space or beyond ( Hospitality, Banking, travel, software, Employee Benefits, IFM ) .
2. Someone who has a good understanding & base of enterprise account acquisition at a national level.
3. If the candidate has experience with government institutions and PSU acquisition, it will be a bonus.
Educational Background :
MBA from a Tier 2 Business school or higher.
Job Role :
1.New Business Targets (adoption of sales tool kit, show and sell method & sector focused approach. Ensure a systematic approach to the entire sales process.)
2. Key objective will be to acquire national accounts across focus sectors :
a. Strategic Alliances & Platform as a Service with Multi Brand Retail, FMCG companies, Caterers & Allied categories.
b. Identified Key Accounts / Enterprise accounts across sectors -
i) Manufacturing
ii) PSU & Government
iii) Healthcare
iv) Co Working & Co Living
v) Educational ( Schools & Colleges )
vi) Corporates ( Sub sectors - BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, Logistics, Pharma ) - Back office, fulfilment centers.
c. Key Accounts of National Aggregators - potential opportunities.
3. The job will require the candidate to high a strong Relationship Management skill along with good presentation and data management understanding.
4. Market mapping, database adequacy & robust funnel management for respective focus sectors.
5.Competitive intelligence & mapping of competition clients.
