Job details :
a. Marketing Strategy - Planning, tracking & analysing marketing campaign via mailers & social media posts that follow a theme. Conceptualising the design and flow. Regular communication updates for clients & customers.
- Internal communication for employees to keep them updated of latest developments & progress.
- Quarterly newsletter.
b. Sales Analysis - Database management, external leads tracking, client mailing and communication management, Sales team data analysis, tracking and insights, new customer data depository management & customer survey ( on installation & 30 days from installation - google forms etc) .
- Sales MIS management.
c. New Key Account Support - Customer Deck Customisations & Follow up with client teams for go live.
d. Sales Support - Supporting the national sales team with agreements and other documentation that will require internal coordination with Finance, Legal and Operations. Tracking target Vs achievement Vs installation - Hits & Misses.
Preferred Education : MBA in Marketing (preferred but not limited to Tier 2 B Schools)
