Preferred Candidate : Minimum 5 years experience in Automobile or Lubricant Industry


Job Roles & Responsibilities :


1. Develop business strategy for assigned Key accounts & Accountability for account performance

2. Retain existing customer business & generate sales

3. New Business development from assigned Geography

4. Handle customer support team and activities

5. Coordination with customer support, Factory, Technical team & Logistics for timely order execution

6. Follow up with customer for forecast and order projections

7. Regular customer visits and develop customer relation

8. Submit visit reports & MOM within 3 days of visit

9. Customer feedback for Quarter

10. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments to get to closure

11. Excellent communication skills

12. Open to extensive travel

13. Good negotiation and presentation skills

14. Self-driven and willing to accept accountability

15. Process driven work approach and contribute to continuous process improvements.
