Velotio Technologies - Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Velotio is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Development who will manage the inside sales team and own the process. You will be required to manage a team of inside sales professionals and also be an individual contributor on the team. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) & work closely with the management team.
This position requires experience in scaling outsourced product engineering services business with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies for targeting ISVs and Enterprise customers with outsourcing needs.
- Support Inside sales teams to achieve their target and lead with example
- Develop a thorough understanding of Velotio's service offerings and identify key growth and lead generation strategies.
- Generate leads through targeted account-based approach, outbound prospecting, and calling on inbound leads
- Build and expand the lead database and maintain CRM data quality. Design and execute campaigns working closely with the CSO and management team.
- Lead the day to day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and scalability, proficiency in sales automation systems (Salesforce/Zoho) analytics and reporting, plus managing teams to update and enforce the system.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the outsourcing industry with exposure to international markets (US)
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Technology or similar
-Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and social media skills for lead generation
-Ability to develop executive level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with the customer, and present Velotio value proposition to C-level executives.
- Superior writing, presentation and overall communication skills, ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey the business need and client benefit.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and number driven.
