Velocitai Digital - Social Media Marketing Specialist (3-5 yrs)
Excellent opportunity for passionate Digital Marketers with an entrepreneurial mindset to work on Direct-2-Consumer strategies for our clients in US, UK, Europe and India
Key Responsibilities:
ROAS Management :
- Create and continuously monitor all campaigns and ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Measure and report ROAS of the digital strategy against periodic goals, including performance of individual campaigns
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Continuously manage key performance indicators and implement remediation steps as required to achieve targets for bounce rate, dwell time, conversion rate etc.
- Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms
- Drive presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
- Contribute to develop strategies for Lead generation
Digital Marketing strategy :
- Complete ownership of digital marketing strategy for our clients and corporate brand
- Overall responsibility for strategy execution as per marketing calendar
Content management :
- Manage social media pages and profiles of Velocitai and its clients, content optimization for social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Quora
- Manage creation of online banner adverts and oversee management
- Write copy for email marketing campaigns
Miscellaneous responsibilities :
- Coordinate and plan with the design team for upcoming digital asset requirements for social media posts, and email campaigns etc.
- Keep yourself abreast of new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new strategies and ensure the brand is always at the forefront
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement innovative design solutions for an immersive and excellent shopper experience
- Comprehensive reporting, goal setting, ROAS projections, risks and issues
- Participate in QA testing with an eye for UX related bugs / deficiencies
Knowledge & Skill:
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or MBA in Sales/Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of strong digital marketing experience preferably with online retail firms (experience with home-goods based eCommerce firms will be a distinct advantage)
- Certifications & Courses: Facebook, Google
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing techniques and its nuances in regional context in US, Europe and India
- Demonstrated ability to corelate marketing strategy/decisions with SEO and SMO techniques and analytics data collated by marketing campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest digital monetization trends, techniques and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities and communicate progress
- String network within content writer / blogger community
- Effective communication skills
