Velocitai Digital - Digital Marketing Specialist - eCommerce Vertical (3-7 yrs)
Skills required :
- 3-5 years of strong digital marketing experience preferably with online retail firms (experience with home-goods based eCommerce firms will be a distinct advantage)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Expertise in social media marketing - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Passionate about social advertising, driven by numbers, gets a kick from revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to correlate marketing strategy/decisions with SEO and SMM techniques and analytics data collated by marketing campaigns
- Key Tools - Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HootSuite, HubSpot, Google Ads, AHREFS, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Insights, Ubersuggest
- Creative mind, out-of-the-box thinking
- Ability to create & proofread Ad copies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities and communicate progress
-Strong network within content writer/blogger community
- Certifications are a big advantage: Facebook Blueprint
Key Responsibilities :
Facebook Ads campaigns :
- Strategize, create and manage campaigns
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
- Create ad campaigns using Facebook Ads.
- Implement variations of ads to determine the best performing combinations
- Continuous monitoring of results and improving ads
- Analyze data and insights to achieve maximum ROI in Facebook and search campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Social Media Branding :
- Ownership of social media presence and digital marketing calendar
- Ownership and management of social media pages
- Coordinate and plan with the design team for upcoming content & digital asset requirements for social media posts, and email campaigns etc.
- Manage social media posts on various channels
- Monitoring the Website Traffic with Google
- Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
Reporting :
- Measure and report ROAS of the digital strategy against periodic goals
- Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns.
- Design and run daily, weekly and monthly reports to help track key performance metrics.
- Comprehensive reporting, goal setting, ROAS projections, risks and issues
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Continuously manage key performance indicators and implement remediation steps as required to achieve targets for bounce rate, dwell time, conversion rate etc.
Miscellaneous :
- Coordinate content creation, email marketing campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest digital monetization trends, techniques and technologies
- Evaluate new strategies and ensure the brand is always at the forefront
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement innovative design solutions for an immersive and excellent shopper experience
- Participate in QA testing with an eye for UX related bugs/deficiencies
