Velocitai Digital - Brand Manager - eCommerce/Retail (5-9 yrs)
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Brand Building.
- Masters in Marketing, Branding, or equivalent.
- Understanding of digital marketing and landscape.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to write creative briefs and put across the point of view clearly
- Personal Qualities (Self-starter, Team Working, Communication, Organizing,Motivating, Leadership, Negotiation, Decision-making, flexibility and attention to detail).
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare a 360-degree marketing road-map for the business with medium & long-term goals.
- Plan, strategize and execute offline marketing campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
- Planning and execution of all communication, PR and media actions on all Non-Digital channels.
- Manage Partnerships and Collaborations with influencers, designer partners or other 3rd party.
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activity to identify opportunities.
- Create impactful brand presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Social Media team for new product launches and promotions.
- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and the profitability of the organization.
- Identify new areas of opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.
- Own the brand growth strategy - create short, medium and long term roadmap for the brand, including new products/categories introduction and channel expansion.
