Location for Kolkata, Siliguri, Burdwan, Orissa
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Tender Searching, Study bid documents, prepare tender synopsis, raise bid queries and define project requirements.
- Document bid proposals as per bid guidelines, consult other departments if required
- Co ordinate with various disciplines and adhere to bid requirements.
2. Analyse commercial, legal and technical aspects of the bid
3. Listing of the Tenders
4. Tender Documentation
5. Tender Preparation
6. Client Relationship Management
7. Bid submission of Online & Offline Tenders.
8. Authorization Letter and Quotations collection from OEM
9. Vendor Registration
10. Solve Pre & Post Bid Clarifications.
11. Tender Estimation
12. Client Relationship
13. Payment Collection
14. Preferred for CCTV, Bio Matrix, Fire, VDP, Networking and Other Knowledge
15. Travelling
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
BE./ B.Tech : Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Or MBA in Sales & Marketing,Networking Knowledge required
