Position: Pre-Sales

Experience: 3+ years

Job Location : Noida

Work profile :

- Support sales team technically for Enterprise installations, Customer interaction, Handling Tech discussion, RFP submission, Design and Estimation for product installation in complex system architectures (On-Prem and On-Cloud)

- Own all client-facing technical pre-sales and immediate post-sale deployment activities

- Run effective proof of concepts with customer's and drive value during the pilot phase

- Provide feedback to the product and go to market teams on customer feedback and product roadmap

- Conceptualize & create sales decks according to the client requirements

- Requirement Gathering and Documentation : Understand, analyse and gather client requirements. Prepare RFI, RFP and BRD's

Skills :

- Good understanding of Enterprise software including System architecture knowledge required.

- Experience in pre and post sales activities of one or more of Video Analytics/video management products, Security Products, IT enterprise products.

- Ability to work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering team is a must.

- Excellent communication & customer handling skills are required.

- Have deep expertise and Solution engineering capabilities like delivering great product demonstration, responding to RFI/RFP, project scoping & creating SOWs
