Vegrow - Key Account Manager - Demand/Sales (4-6 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

A) Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts :

i) Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

ii) Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring effective communication and

understanding of their needs.

iii) Conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific requirements, challenges, and goals of each key account.

iv) Analyze market trends and competitors to anticipate and address client needs proactively.

B) Coordinating with internal team to meet customer requirements :

i) Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development,

and customer service to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.

ii) Act as a liaison between key accounts and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication

and project execution.

C) Identifying opportunities for growth within key accounts :

i) Continuously assess the potential for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to key accounts.

ii) Develop strategic plans to expand business opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue and profitability.

D) Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention:

i) Monitor client satisfaction levels and promptly address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

ii) Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention, ensuring long-term partnerships with key accounts.

E) Capable of managing a large business annually :

i) Take ownership of the financial performance of key accounts, setting and achieving revenue

targets and profitability goals.

ii) Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize margins and optimize business operations.

F) Getting new accounts on board :

i) Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new key accounts, leveraging industry

knowledge, networking, and business development skills.

ii) Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract and onboard new clients, expanding the company's client base and market presence.
