Veera Health - Relationship Manager - Sales (2-10 yrs)

Overview

As a Doctor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for increasing awareness of Veera's products among Healthcare Providers (HCPs). You will visit HCPs in person to understand concerns and achieve long term sales objectives in the selected territories. You will identify and develop a business plan to grow the business and set appropriate short-term objectives for HCP calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scan given territories to identify relevant HCPs and create a plan for outreach.

- Visit HCPs on a daily basis to understand and establish channels for increasing access to Veera's products.

- Prepare and execute business plan which is aligned with territory performance and strategic objective of the company

- Work closely with founders/senior management on creating materials and visiting healthcare professionals.

- Position products by using strategic inputs, promotional activities recommended by Marketing and based on market intelligence

- Conduct product presentations, organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and events.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, ensuring healthcare professionals are well-informed.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback to provide valuable insights to the organizations.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product sample distribution.

- Adhere to ethical practices and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 2+ years of past experience working in sales or similar role in a healthcare company.

- Proactive and ambitious - past history of setting and exceeding targets

- Excited to work in the field, visiting and maintaining good relationships with HCPs

- Excellent written & oral communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
