Veera Health - Associate - Sales (1-2 yrs)
- Veera Health is a YCombinator, Sequoia & GFC-funded startup building digital solutions for women with chronic health conditions in India. Our mission is to combine the power of medicine, nutrition and telehealth to treat chronic conditions. We've started by treating PCOS, a chronic condition that affects 100 million women in India alone.
- At Veera, you will be working directly with a world-class team (McKinsey, UnitedHealth, GlaxoSmithKline, Accenture, Wharton alumni) to improve lives for millions of women. Most of all, you will be part of a mission-driven company that believes in providing equal access to high-quality healthcare for those traditionally underserved. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the front line of our business and in constant touch with customers. You will understand their needs, pitch our product, answer questions and help them make a decision to invest in their own healthcare. You will brainstorm ideas for and lead partnerships with companies, influencers and other strategic partners. Being part of an early-stage startup, you will also get to see every part of how a company runs.
Responsibilities :
- Lead sales calls with potential customers and consult and convert them into clients
- Create marketing and pitch materials where required
Qualifications :
- At least 1-2 years of experience in pharma selling, hospital, or healthcare management preferred.
- Knowledge of women's health conditions like PCOS.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Articulate and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to speak a second/regional language is a bonus.
- Strong bent towards customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup atmosphere, willing to be flexible and undertake different types of work
- Self-driven and willing to take initiatives
