Vee Technologies - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all form of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaign, LinkedIn social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads and other forms of Lead Generation.
2. Responsible for coordinate activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision makers.
3. The role demands basic understanding of the AEC (or Civil) space, Vee's services lines, verticals, customers and competition, and the ability to translate this knowledge into setting up meetings with prospective clients.
4. Effectively articulate and map our value proposition to the prospect's pain points.
5. Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule/meeting setups target is met.
6. Basic knowledge or understanding of AEC (Architecture, Engineering and construction) and civil space.
7. Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills.
8. High level of attention to details, including data accuracy and presentation preparation with high quality.
9. Basic knowledge in using handful features in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Some basic requirements are as following:
1. Proven Business Development Executive, who is used to working to achieve targets.
2. Proven track record in Sales, Business Development and winning new business.
3. Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
4. Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.
- Skills/Qualifications:
1. Bachelors in any Engineering Discipline (Civil is added advantage)
2. 1-2 years of Telemarketing/Telesales experience of selling directly to B2B market (in the US preferably)
3. Proficiency in MS Office And Google Suite and Tech/Internet Savvy
4. Experience in Business Development - Engineering domain will be preferred
5. Good Communication Skills and proficiency in English
6. Good team and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
8. Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
9. Excellent interpersonal/relationship building, Ability to drive for results, passion to win, desire to collaborate and ability to build strong, influential relationships.
10. Excellent Communication Skills - speaking, writing, listening
