Vedicline/Inveda - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (8-10 yrs)
Job Role:
- Manage all digital Marketing channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Social & Web analytics tools (Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Increase Traffic & Conversions on website.
- Increase online sales
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Expert knowledge in doing off-page and handling the Company profile by Social Media.
- Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
- Managing social media online marketing activities on various social channels including joining, posting and sharing in groups, increasing followers etc.
- Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences while thoroughly monitoring website performance and take necessary steps to improve traffic
- Plan, optimize, implement and manage paid search campaigns
- Ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimized according to brief and best practice guidelines.
- Develop near and long-time paid search strategies and campaigns
- Perform keyword research and manage all bid management.
- Analyze activity and performance of all paid search campaigns and report findings back to the Manager and subsequent clients.
- Manage medium to large-sized PPC budgets.
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels like bulk mail & SMS platforms
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing which are necessary for social media aspects and update website & all the social media platforms.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors if required
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Skill(s) required:
- Proven track record with demonstrated success
- Must be target driven and target achiever
- In depth knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Understanding of all social media channels
- Passion for social media and internet marketing industries
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- In depth knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
- Experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and more.
- Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of social media & web analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Adwords, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be a team player and knows how to manage team
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Location: Shahpur Jat (South Delhi)
Working Days: 6 days a week
