About Early Learning @ Vedantu :

-As per research, stimulating the early experiences of a child lays the foundation for later learning. The early Learning team is working on a zero to one project to disrupt the early learning segment not only in India but potentially globally. Early Learning is a USD 25 bn opportunity and is totally fragmented in India today. The opportunity is to create a big impact at scale in this segment.

Responsibility:

- This role would be responsible for managing the team of B2C sales for the assigned products to drive greater value for the business. He/she would manage and drive the inside sales teams.

- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy

- Cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily transactions

- Manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying, marketing tools, PR and CRM

- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives

- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing and customer handling

- Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.

- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition

- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity

Desired Candidate traits :

- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the Sales domain.

- B2C sales experience is mandatory

- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing a sales / Tele-calling team

- Experience in driving P&L

Need to relocate to Bangalore post-pandemic.
