Job role : Marketing Program Manager
Job description :
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales and Account Management teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell.
- Will be responsible to drive all Coms activity via Push, Email, SMS and WhatsApp to improve overall retention and improve LTV of the customers.
- Manage marketing automation including email, SMS, Push-note triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Monegage and other systems
- Coordinate with Product, Analytics and other internal stakeholders to develop and define a strong user life cycle stages with meaningful and quantifiable outputs in each stage.
- Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results
- Drive continued personalization and innovation in evolving marketing programs most effective at engaging with customers
- Perform continuous A/B to measure user uplift in monetization, engagement and retentions.
- Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations and can create meaningful cohorts of user segments based on scientific decisions.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in App and digital first company of E-commerce, Gaming, Foodtech or OTT is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in CT, Tableau, Appsflyer, Fresh sales and Amplitude is required
- Hands-on experience with Moengage or web engage or clevertap, Tableau, Google Analytics
- 4-5 years relevant marketing retention and remarketing strategy through tools like moengage, FB, Google engagement etc.
- MBA or equivalent
- Deep understanding of the App marketing landscape and a passion for building innovative ROI-positive marketing programs at scale.
- Experience using statistics
