Vedantu - Online Reputation Management Role (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the successful end-to-end execution of various strategies.
- Frequent reviews and monitoring of existing social media channels to ensure sentiment improvement.
- Assist department HOD in developing, executing, monitoring and improving social media strategies in-house projects.
- Assist HOD with the development, execution and management of workflow processes.
- Experience in response management on various digital platforms
- Experience with customer handling techniques and writing responses
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Must be an informed and active follower of social and digital space trends and activity and possess a keen eye for detail.
Expected Candidates Attributes :
- Basic knowledge of Monitoring tools Like Radian6, Explic8, Google Analytics, Social Mentions, Google Alerts, CrowdFire, Synthesio, HootSuite, SocialBakers etc.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Reputation management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The desired candidate must possess demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a high-pressure problem-solving environment.
- Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal instruction.
You must use your own sound judgment to decide the best course of action for your projects.
- Proven project management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for social media marketing. You must be a social media evangelist who loves tapping into popular culture. News junkies will be sought and appreciated.
