Vedantu - Manager - Content Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with our contract writers, Inhouse writers, QC- s, Content Development agency, SEO Professionals, DTP and Design Team
- Build a deep understanding of the SEO priorities & Setup the Content Dev Process based on the Rankbrain Algorithm & ETA Search Guidelines
- Create a content calendar for your 2nd two months
- Oversee day-to-day content creation & publishing efforts (TOFU, MOFU & BOFU Content Pages) for blogs & search marketing resources only.
- Perform Prospect analysis, content Strategy, content Ideation, content audit for the Potential categories along with SEO Team
- Responsible for Planning, Developing & Implementing the Non-Academic Content Development Strategy (with a Editorial Calendar in Place) for different types of prospect awareness levels (Product, Solution & Brand) to achieve the Business Goals
- Provide progressive feedback, guidance to writers, QC's & PC's (Both Inhouse & Agency)
- Achieve to set & achieve the KPI Nos on a weekly,Monthly & Quarterly basis as a Team
- Assess, hire, and manage freelance writers (Agency & Individuals)
- Manage the allocated Content budget & demand the required Budget in a timely manner
- Own the creative process to come up with content scaling & content engagement action plan
- Ability to analyse Intent relevance,create Lead gen assets (Swipe Files), strategize content writing formulas (Ex: Compelling & Engaging Headlines, 1st 250 words, Title, Outline, Intro, Conclusion)
- Improve the content production workflow, Discover new angles & best Practices that impact the Search traffic, content relevance, content engagement, TOFU conversion & warm conversion.
Desired Skillsets :
- Any UG qualification & 5-7 years of experience
- Data savvy - Experience in Google Analytics, building user journeys strongly desired
- SEO experience
- Familiar with keyword research, Search Intent, SERP rankings, striking distance opportunities, featured snippets
- Full-funnel content strategy
