About the role - The Centre Head will :
- Manage Vedantu's offline center ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability.
- Strategize and drive the centre's overall business development efforts including ATL, BTL, School Activation.
- Manage the overall performance of the center.
- Handle the operations of the center, manage accounts of educators etc.
- Prepare daily reports to share with the top management.
- Establish processes to improve curriculum and programs.
- Prepare annual work plans and budget plans.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in running academic centers
- Experienced team management
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles
