Vedantu - Academic Counselor/Senior Academic Counselor - Sales (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to maximum numbers of customers per day.
- Present demo session virtually.
- Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good communication skills.
- 06 months to 02 years of experience
- Willingness to pursue career in sales
- Ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
- Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable.
- Candidates should have a laptop with functional audio/video plugins.
Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)- HSR Layout, Sector- 1
Working Days : 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am to 8pm)
- Monday will be the week off
Interview mode : Face to Face
Education Qualification : Any Graduate
Salary : Upto 5 LPA( Fixed). In Addition to salary, there would be monthly Incentives based on Sales
