Key Responsibilities :
- Student Counseling : Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. Provide personalized guidance on the best courses and learning pathways available for JEE, NEET exams.
- Course Demonstration : Conduct detailed demonstrations of Vedantus test preparation courses and explain the features and benefits to potential students.
Address any queries or concerns they may have regarding the courses.
- Enrollment Assistance : Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
- Academic Guidance : Provide insights into the exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies for JEE & NEET. Advise students on creating study plans and time management to maximize their chances of success.
- Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with students to enhance their overall learning experience. Address their concerns and feedback promptly and liaise with other teams within Vedantu to resolve any issues effectively.
- Market Research : Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the JEE & NEETT exams. Share relevant insights with the content and product teams to improve course offerings.
- Performance Tracking : Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of counseling efforts.
Collaborative Approach : Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events to attract potential students to the Vedantus offline center.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and management.
- Counseling Skills: Empathetic and persuasive counseling abilities to understand student needs and guide them towards appropriate course choices.
- Knowledge of JEE & NEET: Familiarity with the exam patterns, syllabus, and
preparation
- Sales Orientation: A sales-driven approach with the ability to convert potential leads into enrollments through effective counseling.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with students andmaintain long-term relationships.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask to manage student interactions efficiently.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using computers, online platforms, and tools for counseling and administrative tasks.
Work schedule
- Six days working. Monday will be a week off.
