Vedam Education - Telesales/Customer Support Role (1-5 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for Tele-sales /Tele-counselor executives/ Admission support officer/Student support officer for Janakpuri- Delhi & Chandigarh
We are welcoming Freshers.
Graduation from any background is mandatory.
Job Requirement :
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Selling courses over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the packages.
- Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
- Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
- Strictly adhere to the process requirements
Skills and Key Responsibility:
- Excellent Communication skills (Fluency in English and Hindi Both)
- Candidate should be comfortable for target based job.
- Should be comfortable to take multiple calls in a day.
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and get the jobs done.

Key Responsibilities of Student Support Officers
1. Customer Service background/Education will be recommended.
2. Receiving In-bound calls and counseling for Medical and Engineering Aspirants.
3. Out-bond calls as per the leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-support).
4. Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert in to the admission.
Requirement:
1. Good communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi both is must)
2. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done. .
3. Should be able enough to handle irate customers.
4. Should be able to understand customers complaints / Queries.
