Vectura Fertin Pharma - Area Sales Manager (1-20 yrs)
- In-Market Relationship: - Ensuring excellent relations in trade via regular visits to tall outlets, ensuring 100% timely deliveries, scheme disbursements, visibility amount disbursements.
- Team Management: - Managing entire team of third-party salesmen and Merchandizers, managing their performance appraisal, hiring, and training.
- Driving In-Market Visibility: - Ensuring best in class in-market visibility for all brands launched in trade.
- Distributor Appointment: - Identifying the right parties and closing the right margin structure with them and getting them onboard.
- Distributor Management: - Ensuring best in class relationships with all distributors with respect to their inventory management, claim settlements.
- Driving sales via Distributor Salesmen: - Ensuring sales of the brand get driven by distributor salesmen also by regular incentivization.
- Top Accounts Penetration: - Ensure entry of the brands into top accounts, supermarket stores, self-service stores.
Minimum Requirements:
- Territory sales officer (TSO)/Territory Sales Executive (TSE) with a FMCG major
- Min 4-5 years of experience at a TSO/TSE level in a metro location
- Experience with key accounts like franchisee outlets of Wellness, Apollo, Guardian, Noble, Medplus is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Highly driven, target oriented. Willing to roll -up the sleeves when needed.
- Believes in collaboration and long-term approach.
