Role & Responsibilities :

- Make Complex Simple : Change difficult concepts into clear and simple visuals. Help others understand these ideas quickly.

- Tell Stories with Graphics : Use your designs to tell stories or explain things, making sure the designs are easy to understand.

- Focus on Important Information : Make sure your designs highlight the most important information clearly.

- Work with Marketing : Help the marketing team make designs for social media and other internal communications that clearly show our brand's message.

- Organize Information Well : Use design rules to put information in a way that makes it easy for others to understand.

- Create Motion Graphics : Make moving graphics that make the information more fun and easier to understand.

Required Competencies :

- Good with Adobe Creative Suite : You should be very good at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe tools to make your designs.

- Good with Microsoft Office : You need to know how to use Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, to make presentations and designs.

- Great at Making Things Simple : You should be able to take complex information and make it simple and clear through your designs.

- Skilled in Motion Graphics : You should know how to make motion graphics with tools like Adobe After Effects.

- Good at Communicating : You need to be able to share your ideas clearly, both when you talk and through your designs.

- Design School Background (Plus) : If you have studied at a design school, that's a plus but it's not necessary.

- Experience in Consulting (Plus ): If you have worked in consulting before, that's also a plus but not required.

Required Experience :

- More than 4 years of experience as a designer/visualizer in a respected company or agency

- Knowledge of management consulting is a plus

- Understanding of UX design is helpful (this job doesn't focus on UX)

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree required

- Design certification from a well-regarded design school (e.g., NID) is a bonus
