Vecmocon - Customer Support Role (0-2 yrs)
Vecmocon Technologies We are an IIT Delhi-incubated Deeptech EV startup working in the sustainable and clean mobility space.
We are making the EV ecosystem smart, connected and reliable by using its state-of-the-art solutions and data-centric approach, to drive the electric mobility and clean energy revolution in India.
Vecmocon Technologies is founded by the alumni of IIT kanpur, IIT Delhi and ISB, and is backed by the renowned investors - Tiger Global and Blume Ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to e-rickshaw drivers, dealers, fleet owners, and related stakeholders.
2. Raising of tickets & conversion of leads.
3. Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company's products, services, and policies
4. Update customer records and interactions accurately.
5. Gather, collect and document key information which is required to develop Vecmocon and Finsights solutions by speaking to the various stakeholders in an empathic way.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Hindi and English, with a strong emphasis on Hindi for effective communication with the target audience.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills, able to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently.
3. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles, especially in outbound calling, is preferred.
4. Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry (especially in electric vehicles, e-rickshaws, or fleet management) is a plus.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
6. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
