Job Description / Responsibilities :
- New Clientele development : Identify new Projects in Electrical Engineering & Maintenance sectors and prepare a strategy to initiate communication.
Vendor registration & documentation : Registration with Engineering companies, Licensors, Consultants, and End users across states.
- Research client needs and identify how our solutions can address them.
- To participate in relevant events, seminars, and promoting the brand.
- Other Responsibilities :
- Should be able to make a Business Strategy for Business growth.
- Person should have been involved in business development , Generating leads.
- Should be meeting & Exceeding Goals for his Team members.
- Should do customer relationship management.
- Should be able to understand Automation or Electrical Panel products & services.
- Should be able to do Price scheduling & Budgeting & tracking them for his team.
- Should be able to work with a team of 5-10 people & track their performances.
- Prepare Monthly & Weekly Reports.
- Sales Presentation.
- Should keep Track of Competitors of various products/OEM and should be able to tell the USP of our products.
- He should be able to understand customer/Sales Engineer requirements & make appropriate proposals.
- He should be able to do coordination with the Sales Engineer, Design & Costing department for details of enquiry to make an appropriate offer.
- He should be able to make appropriate proposals and submit & discuss with customers for technical reviews if required.
- He should be a good communicator & negotiator for large value orders.
- Should be involved in after sales service & coordinate with the Service Departments.
- Should be able to do Payment Follow-ups.
- Should be able to plan / Schedule Customer visits of Sales Engineers & keep records of them.
- Experience & Knowledge :
- Minimum 5-9 years of experience in Sales/BD in Electrical Engineering industry, department, Institutes, Industries & managing team size of 5-10 Engineers.
- Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales & Team Management is a must.
- Candidates with Market knowledge of Electrical Panel, Automation Solution, Energy Saving Solutions & IOT products will be preferred.
- People who are familiar with Electrical/Automation products of ABB /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER /MITSUBISHI will be preferred.
- Knowledge of LT/HT Switchgear & Electrical Control panels is preferable.
- Costing & Taxation knowledge of equipment.
- Qualification required is Diploma/Btech in Electrical/Electronic with MBA will be preferred .
Skill :
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Good working in CRM/ERP/Charts etc.
- Should have good command in excel sheets / PPT etc.
- Excellent Communication Skill in English / Oriya is a must.
- Good Commercial & Negotiation Skill for high value ticket sales.
- Should be able to do presentations in front of customers / Clients.
- Excellent Follow Up / Negotiation and social problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitasking
- Ability to take responsibility for the team working & motivate them.
- Should be a pleasant but Aggressive working person.
- Good customer relationship.

Others :

- Preferably working in & around Bhubaneswar with 45 min- 1 hr travel
- Willing to work in Odisha & nearby territories.
- Preferable Age 34-40 Yrs.
