POSITION : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Location : Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities : 


- Conduct online product demonstration to showcase, promote our business.

- Achieve sales targets by cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the high net worth relationship and catering to product features along with related services of our business.

- On-boarding of the new clients by selling the products and services in the targeted market can be done via phone and update all the details accurately to the customers.

- Develop constructive working relationships with the valuable clients and focus on achieving conversion on higher valued plans.

- Managing the ultra-high net worth for the company.

- Send emails and being in-touch to inbound warm leads, follow ups thereafter, manage phone calls, arrange zoom meetings, create Proposals and close the client thereon.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Researching new market and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Developing goals for self and ensuring they are met.

- Pitch about the business solutions, generate strong leads via all the platforms (Linkedin, IndiaMART, Google etc.) and also meeting the clients if required.

- Lead generation: Meeting with the customers via cold calling/ skype via social media platforms or also meeting them physically as required.

- Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices.

- One-point contact of all required of ultra-high net worth customers in the company.

- Acquisition, servicing of ultra-high net worth customers.

- Take care of the business solutions and company representation in Meetings (Web/Physical).

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Good knowledge of digital marketing.

- Take care of the business solutions and company representation in Meetings (Web/Physical).

Qualification And Skills Required : 


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Printing Industry Knowledge preferred.

- Good Portfolio maintained.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Good knowledge of digital marketing services.

- Strong convincing skills

- Client handling skills

- Strong communication skills, fluency and command over English language.

Experience Required : 


- Have an experience of 3+ years will be preferred.

- Have a good knowledge of the Printing Industry.

- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

- Females Preferred.
