Role Overview:
vConnect iDees is looking for dynamic Business Development Executive professionals to grow its client base and be able to contribute to its growth. This position is for a Business Development Executive with minimum 2-4 years- experience in B2B Marketing/Sales for India Market. The candidate must have experience in the Marketing/Sales department of a B2B Market research / Data Research & Analytics/ Lead Generation/ IT company.
Requirements :
Sr Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist is expected to :
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities; Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities; Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements; Provide engaging and articulate information about vConnect iDees value proposition to potential customers. Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM system.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and LinkedIn.
- Introduce vConnect iDees offerings and identify appropriate prospects within the target market.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential new business through outbound prospecting efforts and fully qualify all potential leads prior passing to sales for progressing and closure
- Communicate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth transition process for - pre-qualified- handoffs, and common understanding of the sales team needs
- Create powerpoint presentations
- Communicate with marketing and management about market conditions to help create proper marketing initiatives that drive new business opportunities
- Understand vConnect iDees offerings and develop a basic understanding of each offering and how to articulate the offerings to prospective clients
- Conduct need analysis and identify prospects' pain points and determine how vConnect iDees offerings can address those needs.
- Research competitive offerings in order to fully understand how to best position vConnect iDees offerings against the competition
- Properly handle objections put forth by prospects.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
