VComply Inc - Customer Success Role (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for Customer Success executive's whole job role will be of Building strong Relationship with the customer understanding the needs of the customer and sorting out their queries and problems,Training the onboard Customer about the various tools of the product, Helping the customers with new account and on boarding process, Making sure the customer uses the product to its full capacity and all goals are met. Working as point of contact between the customer and company
Responsibilities and Duties
- Helping customers to get on board, Holding webinars and demos
- Training customers up for success, make it as easy as possible for them to take advantage of our product.
- Regularly checking in about how our product is meeting customers needs and whether there are areas for possible improvement.
- Gathering feedback, paying attention both to feedback on the product itself and feedback on the overall experience of using the product.
- Understanding the customer's needs, Identifying opportunities for company to offer additional services to customers
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
- Keeping customers in the loop on changes to the product they- re using, new features added to the product.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-4 years of experience with website analytics tools/google adwords.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the IT or SaaS industry preferred.
