VCNow - Academic Counsellor for Working Executives

Position are based at Vashi - Navi Mumbai.

Numbers - 6 preferably Females but not an constraint for right candidate. CTC - 4 to 6 lacs.

JD :

1. Candidate shall be responsible for counselling and helping aspirants Register for various Executive Education Programmes from various institutes that UCS is are associated with.

2. Candidate shall perform Tele Counselling, to the leads generated for Candidate Acquisition every day.

3. Candidate shall be available for Outbound calling and reaching out to new assigned as well as accumulated leads by committing to a defined TAT of calling and engaging 25-30 leads every day.

4. Candidate shall also be responsible for ensuring that at least 10% of Eligible and valid leads counselled, Register for the various Executive Education Programmes from various institutes that UCS is associated with.

5. Candidate shall act as an interface between UCS and the Client of UCS and shall be responsible for referring and arranging meetings with other reference Candidates, guiding them to visit VCNow Centers to understand and experience the platform and ensure Selected Candidates participate in the interviews of the Prospects with - UCS- . And collect fees from them after Selection

6. Candidate must aim at ensuring first instalment paid by 75% of the Selected Candidates to fully completed application posting as per targets assigned by UCS and as per required terms of the Institute.

7. Candidate shall ensure proper hand holding of interested leads to help them submit their completed applications including application fees, necessary eligibility document uploads such as education certificates and work experience documents and, Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Candidate profile.

8. Candidate shall guide aspirants on format of learning, timelines, USPs and all other aspects of the concerned programme.

9. Candidate shall furnish summary report to UCS on performance of counselling services mentioned above at the end of each week.

10. Candidate shall be available to receive inbound calls from various ads / promos as required

11. Candidate shall contribute towards effort in collection of instalments through calling and counselling for ongoing batches.

12. Candidate shall attend periodic reviews and product briefing sessions organized through audio call or Video Conference from time to time

- Candidate shall work cohesively with the Virtual Classroom National team towards a single aim of quality batch formation for all Institutes associated.

- Candidate needs to be Graduate with min 5 years of experience in handling the Inbound/Outbound calls in industry of either Education/ Finance/ Software products respectively.

Candidate need to be fluent in English and should have good communication skills and willing to work from 12noon to 8PM, 6 days a week.
