Manager - Conference & Event Production
- Responsible for planning, concept development, project management and profitability of high level and professional B2B conferences, meetings, summits and round-tables, custom digital and events.
- Create conference programmes based on solid primary market research that also maximize revenues with the vendor market, acquire high calibre speakers as defined during the research phase, work closely with marketing, sales and sponsorship to maximize event revenue and onsite conference management.
- Building relationship with industry leaders and acquiring them as key speakers basis the agenda of the IP/Platforms created.
- Drafting a commercial and compelling agenda.
- Competitor Analysis and report generation.
- Securing renowned speakers on the basis of industry research.
- Take ownership of marketing and related activities to increase event interest in the market.
- P&L responsibility.
- End to end co-ordination on the day of the event to ensure smooth delivery.
- High level of internal stakeholder management, coordination and communications.
- Excellent, written and oral communications skills.
- Presentation and reporting to management at CXO level.
- Learning new industries know how proactively building knowledge base for the organisation.
- On site - On Event coordination and management.
