The product offering includes Safety Supplies, Fasteners, Flanges, Pipes & Fittings, Pumps, Motors, Hand tools, Bearings, Janitorial supplies and much more.
The stakeholders of Vaxia strongly believe that the present procurement process of MRO items is tedious, time consuming and often not backed by credible technical data. This unenviable job of procuring these - Tail End- MRO items often takes up more than 80% of the purchase personnel's time but the value of these items is usually less than 15% of the total purchase done by companies.

Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Marketing team at Vaxia. The role calls for an experience and exposure to industrial marketing with strong track record of achievements in undertaking company's marketing goals.
Prefered Skills:
- Ability to understand, analyse and prepare marketing plans for the organization
- Ability to understand the trends in Industrial Marketing and B2B eCommerce sector
- Ability to prepare and achieve short term, medium term and long term goals
- Ability to work with the stake holders to address key challenging issues
- Ability to conduct client workshops and work with sales department to achieve the goals
- Ability to manage client relationships from the marketing perspective at C-levels
- Ability to coach, mentor, motivate and use team dynamics to achieve the goals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Responsible to achieve the financial targets / objectives
- Responsible for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization
- Responsible to monitor the marketing budget, capture variance and take corrective steps
- Responsible for market research initiatives, customer workgroups, field activities, etc
- Responsible for competition analysis and continuous monitoring of trends in the market
- Responsible for Go-to-market strategy and work with key stake holders for execution
- Prepare new product / category marketing plans for existing / new products
- Identify key metrics for the organization and provide support to sales team with key market data points for them to achieve the financial targets
- Participate and represent the company in various events like seminars, workshops, road shows and various client development / brand building activities
- Responsible for brand building initiatives
- Provide periodic performance reports to all the key stake holders in the organization
- Responsible for performance appraisal of marketing team
- Responsible for providing training and development activities
- Responsible to maintaining marketing collaterals and product information
- Continuously updates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
- Responsible to establishing professional networks
Qualification, Education & Experience Requirements:
BBM / BE / BA
MBA from premier institution like IIM, XIMB, ISB, etc
