- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients.
- Generating new business.
- Managing large accounts & building relationships with key personnel, within customer accounts.
- Responsible for managing operations of several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Managing client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Ensuring internal company functions give highest level of customer service to national accounts.
- Creating an account strategy to push sales figures across existing accounts
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers/ national account teams and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Preparing & presenting accounts status and activity dashboards for internal and external reviews.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
