Job Description :
Achieve the Topline and Gross Margin plan by :
- Achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Achieving the over-all gross margin targets through right pricing decisions & portfolio approach
- Ensuring direct sales costs remain within budgets
- Ensure prioritized & targeted sales calling and business development across industry verticals and account size
- Ensure sales plan execution through required review processes:
- Daily, weekly and monthly review with sales team which is agenda based, to drive sales closure, productivity, learning and knowledge sharing
- CRM tool driven sales planning and reviews
- Dashboard review with executive management on weekly and monthly basis
- Inculcate a culture of discipline and ownership within the team
- Ensure regular internal reviews with business owners and drive the "Customer First" agenda internally
- Own key large customer relationships as an individual contributor
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in large customer
- Joint calling with field sales team for review and training the sales team and drive sales closure
Team building :
- Build, Manage,Train and Retain a high-performance Pan India Sales team
- Ensure appropriate training interventions are made working with the HR and executive leadership teams for the field sales team
- Provide necessary support to reduce non-productive activities for the sales team
- Create a learning culture within the team
- Ensure motivation along with accountability within the team
- Reinforce and live by example with regard to ensuring highest level of compliance and ethical business behaviour
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education : M.E+MBA, preferably from top 20 B-Schools
Preferred Additional Qualification/ Certification/ Training : Key Account Management, Team Management, CRM usage
