Vaxia - Sales Engineer (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
- Achieve the monthly, quarterly & annual sales plan for the assigned territory by
- Understanding Vaxia.com's offerings and product categories
- Ensuring maximum coverage of the manufacturing companies (small, medium & large) in the assigned territory through effective sales calls
- Tracking & timely follow through of all the leads/ enquiries/ opportunities generated
- Making an effective pitch to all relevant stakeholders in the customer organization
- Submitting timely and appropriate techno-commercial proposals working with the category management/ marketing team
- Supporting the marketing/ category management team to execute demand generation programs
- Ensuring Vaxia gains the maximum share of the customer's spend on MRO products across relevant categories with the maximum price realization
- Keeping customer interests at the highest level and work with the support functions in Vaxia to ensure customer satisfaction
- Building and establishing relationship between customer and Vaxia across hierarchies and departments including the top management
- Ensure outstanding payments from customers are collected within the approved credit period
- Provide visibility to supervisor and top management about the activities and progress through
- Updation in CRM all the leads generated/ enquiries, action required and conversions into sales
- Submitting the required monthly sales plan, weekly call plans, call reports & other sales MIS for the assigned territory on time
- Provide relevant competitive information
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and business ethics
Desired candidate profile:
Experience: 2 - 4 years of Direct Sales experience to customers in the manufacturing sectors for industrial products
Education: Graduation in Science/ Engineering. Candidates with an additional MBA degree will be given preference
- Good written & spoken communication skills, well versed with MS Office tools
- Willing to travel extensively & well versed with the geographic region
- Candidates with prior experience in closing annual supply contracts and/or selling MRO consumables will be preferred
