We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services as solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify and qualify new leads.

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.

- Prospect and build relationships with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, networking events).

- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and measure performance.

- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, in ELECTRICAL field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
