1) Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
2) Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
3) Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
4) Excellent communication and presentation skills
5) Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
6) Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and vide,
7) An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadline& Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
