Varuna Group - General Manager - Customer Relationship Management (10-25 yrs)
Position: - GM / VP
Location: Gurgaon
Role & Responsibility:-
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Professionals who act an bridge between Business & Clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, Operations, Implementation etc.) to address customers' needs.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms (SOPs).
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied & understand client's need.
- Analyze customer feedback & discover customer preferences.
- Design customer service strategies & optimize business workflows.
- Maintaining relationships with customers, provide value for services & building relationships that could result in save of time, staff and financial resources.
- Retaining existing customers and expanding business is paramount.
- Study competitions to find new ways to retain customers.
- Up-sell or cross-sell services and products in the Key customer.
- Optimize business workflows.
Professionals from 3PL Warehousing experience is an added advantage!!

Experience and Skills :
Experience as a client relations manager of 3 Warehouse with 10 to 15 years of Exp .
- Experience tracking relevant KPls (e.g., customer satisfaction)
- A customer-oriented attitude & problem-solving attitude.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
