Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our V3 division in Varmora Granito, focusing on large-sized tiles. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the tiles (ceramics) industry, specifically in project sales. The RSM will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations, developing strategic plans, and achieving sales targets in the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tiles (ceramics) industry.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

Sales Management :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for large-sized tiles.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Project Management :

- Manage and oversee large tile projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure timely delivery and installation of products in coordination with the logistics team.

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the tiles (ceramics) industry, with a focus on project sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of tiles and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
