Position : Executive /Sr. Executive - Digital Marketing
Experience : 2-4 years
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead Traffic and demand generation planning and execution through effectively managing all paid and organic digital channels, including, but not limited to Facebook, Google, Affiliates.
- Drive organic growth for our website across different businesses. Lead the overall organic growth strategy with a platform-specific approach which entails clear cut action points for growth of mobile app and desktop/wap search traffic.
- Lead both on-page and off-page organic strategy and work closely with product and tech teams for various implementations.
- End to end ownership of the channel. Cross-functional working to drive growth for the Channel.
- Effectively and efficiently manage campaigns (Facebook, Google, Affiliates) for new user acquisition. The focus will be on driving consistent growth and improve efficiency at the same time.
- Manage campaigns on the above channel with focus as per the business requirement to scale and optimize cost.
- Focus on innovative digital marketing ideas to drive growth.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall Digital Marketing strategy and execution with expertise on both Organic & Paid digital marketing.
- The role also involves extensive coordination with several flanking departments: product, technology, sales and design on a regular basis.
The experience can be broadly summarized under the following heads :
- Ownership and Accountability for marketing, budgeting, and quarterly targets.
- Managing SEM, SEO, Display Networks, Affiliates and Mobile App Marketing for all business verticals (Hotels, Holidays, Flights, etc.).
- Creating an effective Strategy for SEO with a dual focus on Off-page and On-page.
- Being updated about latest Google innovations and updated on SEO & SEM.
- Responsible for Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns on Google, Yahoo for our website.
- Works for various Microsites for holiday vertical business.
- Achieving ROI (Return on Investment) for all paid marketing ads by efficient management and optimization.
- Achieving Scale of Bookings at optimum Cost by maintaining CPA (Cost per Acquisition) & CPL (Cost per Lead).
- Manage and mentor a high-performance team.
- Report progress to our top management through effective and comprehensive reports.
