About the Team :

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and growth across various platforms. You will identify compelling narratives, craft engaging stories, and stay on top of trending social media reels to ensure our content remains relevant and captivating.

What Would This Role Entail?

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.

- Create, curate, and manage content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and more.

- Identify and analyze trending topics, narratives, and social media reels to incorporate into content strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with brand voice and objectives.

- Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and optimize content accordingly.

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

- Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing.

Necessary Skills and Qualities :

- Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

- Skilled in identifying narratives and trending social media reels.

- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.

- Ability to identify and leverage trending topics and social media reels.

- Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.

- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices.

- Basic graphic design skills.
