Vantage Circle - Sales Development Role (3-4 yrs)
Location : Hi-Tec City (Madhapur), Hyderabad

Objectives of this Role :
- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook
Responsibilities :
- Prepare a list of senior HR managers (prospects).
- Research on the prospects for personalization
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Crafting personalized messages (follow-ups)
- Social touches (mostly LinkedIn)
- Call blocks to prospects (optional)
- Reporting and statistics
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account executives for next steps
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (higher weightage given to certificates and diplomas in the areas of Marketing, Sales, English)
- Excellent command in written and verbal English (Mandatory)
Experience : (Mandatory)
- Proven work experience (3 years) as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Qualifying leads and prospects
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Track record of achieving the given quotas
- Experience of working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong LinkedIn skills
